This privacy policy seeks to explain how Goldberg Corporate Finance ("GCF", “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) uses the data acquired through any and all "Custom Visuals" (hereafter referred to as "CV") for Microsoft Power BI published on Microsoft AppSource or Privately distributed. Your use of CV or any submission of any information by you to CV (directly or indirectly) means that you agree that we may use that data submitted by you in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Please read this Policy before using CV. If you do not want your information to be processed by CV, please do not use CV and/or provide it to us.
The CV as described in this Policy apply to any of the visuals from the following list of CV developed by Goldberg Corporate Finance including:

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT WHEN YOU USE CUSTOM VISUALS
Apart from the user information content you voluntarily share by signing up or authenticating via a 3rd Party Authentication Provider, no other information is collected or aggregated in the CV and transmitted to our servers. We do not log any actions, events, or data being managed or visualized within the CV involuntarily.
2. USE OF DATA
CV provided by GCF use information that is provided through either the Microsoft Power BI platform or Office 365 platform and/or application to convert it into a visual representation. The process of transformation is executed in the memory of the device that the user is using. CV does not store, send, and/or reuse your Data for any other purpose than rendering the interactive visualizations in your Microsoft Power BI platform and/or Excel instance.
3. DATA TRANSFER/SHARE WITH OTHERS
Your data is never transferred/shared with other parties by CV except as needed for technological reasons as listed in the "Privileges" section of the capabilities.json file used to build the visualization. These include:

4. STORAGE AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
CV does not collect any personal information and do not store it.
5. SECURITY OF YOUR DATA
We are committed to protecting the data you share with us. GCF uses procedures, and organizational measures to help protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. GCF limits all exposure to your data to Microsoft and GCF so as to observe your privacy and confidentiality rights.
6. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You are liable for the appropriate use of CV. All copyrights in or to the CV are owned by GCF. If any provision of the Policy is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and such invalid or unenforceable provisions or portion thereof will be deemed omitted. This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, and the German courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising under or in relation to the Policy.

8. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY
GCF reserves the right, in its discretion, to change, modify, add to, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy, at any time. The Company will notify you of Changes by posting a revised version of this Privacy Policy incorporating the Changes to its website. Your continued use of CV following notice of the Changes will mean that you accept and agree to the Changes. Such Changes will apply prospectively beginning on the date the Changes are posted to the website.
